View your device serial number and firmware version in the Beats app for Android
Within the Beats app, you can see the serial number and firmware version of your Beats device.
In the Beats app for Android, tap
, tap My Beats to display the device screen, then scroll down to the Under the Hood information.The product name and serial number are displayed.
Tip: If your Beats Fit Pro, Beats Solo Buds, Beats Studio Buds, Beats Studio Buds + or Powerbeats Pro earphones are connected, tapping the serial number displays the serial number specific to the left earbud; tapping again displays the serial number specific to the right earbud.
Some Beats app features may not be available until your device’s firmware is updated. If a firmware update is available, an update button is displayed in the device screen. Tap the Update button, then follow the onscreen instructions to update your Beats headphones, earphones or speakers.
