Marking an album as a favourite adds it — as well as all individual tracks — to your library.

Marking a recording as a favourite adds it to your library. (The recording’s tracks aren’t marked as favourites nor are they added to your library.) Additionally, the recording is automatically added to the Favourite Songs playlist (below Playlists in your library).
