Support for AppleCare+ for Business Essentials
AppleCare+ for Business Essentials support benefits begin as soon as the plan with AppleCare is assigned to a user or a device. Prioritized AppleCare support is available 24/7 for administrators and employees with a plan that includes AppleCare.
The support PIN (personal identification number) identifies and confirms eligibility of coverage to the call center teams and allows for the appropriate routing. Each organization has its own personalized PIN.
Use the support PIN in the Apple Business Essentials web portal
When calling AppleCare, you’re prompted to enter appropriate PIN.
In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.
Select Service & Support in the sidebar.
Select Service & Support Settings, then view your Support PIN.
Use the Essentials app
If the user is calling from the Apple Support app, the call agent will ask for the serial number of the device so they can confirm and validate coverage for the device in question.
On an iPhone, iPad or Mac, open the Apple Support app.
Select the Devices tab and choose a device.
View the phone number and the PIN at the bottom of the page.

On an iPhone, iPad or Mac, open the Apple Support app.
Select the device and the issue.
Select the call button. There’s no need provide the support PIN.
