Intro to Feedback Assistant on Mac
Apple collects feedback from customers that are using prerelease software to improve the overall quality of our products. With your help, we can test in many different environments.
Each time you open Feedback Assistant, your computer is scanned for changes to your system’s attributes. System attributes—for example, the computer model, network settings, and apps you use—help Apple understand your test environment. When new or updated attributes are detected, they’re automatically submitted to your beta or seed program profile.
Who can use Feedback Assistant
If you’re enrolled in a current Apple Software Customer Seeding Program, AppleSeed for IT or Apple Beta Software Program, you can use Feedback Assistant on your Mac to create feedback and respond to requests for more information from Apple.
If you’re not enrolled in one of these programs, you can send feedback to Apple on the Apple Product Feedback website.
