When you subscribe to Apple Music, you’re asked about your favourite music genres and artists. Apple Music uses these preferences when recommending music. The more music you listen to and the more you tell Apple Music what you love and dislike, the better its future recommendations are.

View recommendations tailored for you: Click Listen Now in the sidebar on the left, then find music you recently played, personal playlists created for you, genres you might like and more.
See what’s new in Apple Music: Click Browse in the sidebar on the left, then find music by mood, new releases, charts and more.
Find personalised playlists: Click Made For You in the sidebar on the left to see playlists based on your listening profile and history.
Note: Personalised playlists appear in the Made For You section when you add them to your library. If you can’t see Made For You, you can add it to the sidebar.
Search the Apple Music catalogue: See Search for music.
