If bookmarks are missing from the Favourites bar in Safari on Mac
If you didn’t accidentally delete the bookmarks, try these suggestions.
In the Safari app
on your Mac, make sure all the bookmarks in the Favourites bar are displayed. If you see angle brackets
at the right end of the bar, click them to show the rest of your bookmarks or widen the Safari window. If you don’t see the bar at all, choose View > Show Favourites Bar.Check with a person who has an administrator account on your Mac to see if parental controls are on and preventing you from adding bookmarks.
If your Mac has the iCloud Safari feature turned on, you may have removed the bookmarks on another device.
