
Change VoiceOver Screen Sharing settings in VoiceOver Utility on Mac
Use the VoiceOver Screen Sharing settings pane in VoiceOver Utility to start Screen Sharing, or customize settings for Apple Remote Desktop and the Screen Sharing app.
To open VoiceOver Utility, press Command-F5 to turn VoiceOver on, then press VO-Fn-F8.
Note: VO represents the VoiceOver modifier that you press with additional keys to enter VoiceOver commands. By default, you can press Control and Option together or just press Caps Lock.
Option | Description |

Open Screen Sharing | Click Open Screen Sharing and select a device under All Connections or Network to use VoiceOver and control another Mac using Screen Sharing. |
Speech pitch | Choose the pitch you want to hear while interacting with a shared screen. |
Voice | Choose the voice you want to hear while interacting with a shared screen. You can add voices to your Voice Rotor to use them here. |
VoiceOver cursor color | Choose a different VoiceOver cursor color to use when interacting with a shared screen. |
Stop Interacting Behavior | Choose whether to allow the Stop Interacting VoiceOver command (VO-Shift-Up Arrow) or the Leave Shared Screen command (VO-Cmd-Shift-R) to leave a shared screen. |
If remote device has VoiceOver on | Choose whether to allow all or most commands to control the remote device. |
VoiceOver Speech and Sound | Choose whether VoiceOver Speech and Sound are silent or audible on the remote device. |
VoiceOver Visuals | Choose whether VoiceOver Visuals are visible or hidden on the remote device. |
