Intro to Numbers for iCloud
Numbers for iCloud is a web app for creating and editing spreadsheets on a Mac or Windows computer (using a supported browser). Spreadsheets you create in Numbers for iCloud are automatically available in the Numbers app on any Mac, iPhone, or iPad that’s signed in with the same Apple ID.
This integration across devices works in both directions. You can create or edit a Numbers spreadsheet anywhere—on a computer, iPhone, iPad, or on the web—and the changes show up everywhere. You can also share a link to a spreadsheet with others, then edit the spreadsheet together in real time.
After you sign in to iCloud.com (using your Apple ID) and click Numbers, you see the spreadsheet manager. From here you can create, open, and share spreadsheets, and more.

Above the spreadsheets, the left side of the toolbar has a pop-up menu where you can choose to view items as icons or in a list. On the right side of the toolbar are buttons to download, collaborate, email, or delete.](https://help.apple.com/assets/6477A94BF5ACDC0593118CBC/6477A94CF5ACDC0593118CC3/en_US/86c52e6b5484e105cdc232c4f28ac233.png)
