Filter or sort messages in Feedback Assistant on Mac
When you have a large number of messages in Feedback Assistant, you can filter or sort them to find the messages you’re looking for quickly.
Filter messages
You can filter messages by criteria such as product area, team, and whether the feedback is open, requires attention, was originated by you, is assigned to you, or is assigned to an inactive team member. The available criteria varies, depending on the type of feedback present in your mailbox.
In the sidebar of the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac, select a mailbox.
Do any of the following:
Filter messages: Click the Filter button , then choose Turn Filter On.
Change filters: Click the Filter button , then select or deselect a filter.
Stop filtering messages: Click the Filter button , then choose Turn Filter Off.
Sort messages
You can sort messages by date updated or date created, and choose the sort order.
In the sidebar of the Feedback Assistant app on your Mac, select a mailbox.
Click the Filter button , then do any of the following:
Choose a date to sort by: Choose Sort By, then select Date Modified or Date Created.
Choose a sort order: Choose Sort By, then select Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest.
