Cursor, Visuals category, VoiceOver Utility on Mac
Use the Cursor pane of the Visuals category in VoiceOver Utility to set options for the VoiceOver cursor.
To open VoiceOver Utility, press Command-F5 to turn VoiceOver on, then press VO-F8.
Note: VO represents the VoiceOver modifier.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Show VoiceOver cursor | Show the VoiceOver cursor (the default setting). The VoiceOver cursor appears onscreen as a dark outlined box. |
VoiceOver Cursor Magnification | Drag the slider towards Small or Large to decrease or increase the size of the VoiceOver cursor. |
When reading text, move VoiceOver cursor by | Click the pop-up menu, then choose how the VoiceOver cursor should move while reading: Sentence or Word. |
