Locate photos and videos by media type on iPad
In the Photos app, you can find collections of photos and videos organized by media type. For example, browse all your Portrait mode photos or time-lapse videos in one place.
Browse photos and videos by media type
Go to the Photos app
on your iPad.Scroll down, then tap Media Types.
Tap the type of photo or video you want to view.
Reorder media types
You can reorder the list of media types to help you find the ones you access most often.
Go to the Photos app
on your iPad.Scroll down, then tap Media Types.
Touch and hold the media type you want to move, then drag it to the new position.
When you’re done, tap the back arrow at the top of the screen.
