Back up and restore Apple Vision Pro
You can back up Apple Vision Pro using iCloud. You can restore content, settings and apps from a backup to a new or newly erased Apple Vision Pro.
Tip: If you replace your Apple Vision Pro, you can use its backup to transfer your information to the new device. See Restore Apple Vision Pro from a backup.
Back up Apple Vision Pro
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.
Turn on iCloud Backup.
To perform a manual backup, tap Back Up Now.
To view your iCloud backups, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups. To delete a backup, choose a backup from the list, then tap Delete & Turn Off Backup.
Note: If you turn on iCloud syncing for an app or feature (in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Show All), its information is stored in iCloud. Because the information is automatically kept up to date on all your devices, it’s not included in your iCloud backup.
Restore Apple Vision Pro from a backup

If you have an iPhone or iPad with iOS 17 or iPadOS 17, or later, you can use Quick Start to automatically set up your new Apple Vision Pro.
