Share files and folders in iCloud Drive on iCloud.com
You can share files and folders in iCloud Drive so other people can view and edit them.
Go to icloud.com/iclouddrive, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Do any of the following:
On a phone or tablet: Tap
next to the file or folder you want to share, then choose Share. On a computer: Hold the pointer over the file or folder you want to share, click
, then choose Share.
Choose who you want to share the file or folder with:
Only people you invite: Select Invited People, add the email addresses or phone numbers of the people you want to share with, then choose if participants have permission to view, make changes, and add people to the file or folder.
Anyone with the link: Select Anyone, then choose the access level for anyone you share the link with (Can Make Changes or View Only).
Select Create Link, select Copy Link, then send it to the person you want to share with.
When you share a folder, only participants can view the files in the shared folder. To invite more people to access the files, you must change the settings of the shared folder. You can’t select an individual file or folder within the shared folder and add participants to it.
To add or remove participants, or to stop sharing the file, see Manage sharing for files and folders.
If you have shared Pages, Numbers, or Keynote files in iCloud Drive, you can view and edit them using Pages, Numbers, or Keynote on iCloud.com.
