Reset All Settings on iPhone or iPad

Reset All Settings returns settings to factory defaults. Your photos, messages, apps, and documents aren't deleted.

If your device has issues with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or other system features, restart it first. If restarting doesn't help, reset all settings. This can resolve problems from incorrect or damaged settings without affecting your apps, photos, or personal data. This step is rarely necessary.
