
Upload and download photos using iCloud.com
Photos you upload from your computer to iCloud.com are added to iCloud Photos. You can also download photos to keep them on your device.
Note: When your account is limited to iCloud web-only features, you can only access shared albums and iCloud Links. See Get more iCloud features.
Upload photos
You can upload images from your computer to your shared albums. For information on limits and supported file types, see the Apple Support article Shared Album limits.
Go to icloud.com/photos, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Click a shared album in the sidebar.

Select the photos you want to add from your computer, then click Upload.
Download photos and videos
Go to icloud.com/photos, then sign in to your (if necessary).Apple Account
Select the photos or videos you want to download, or double-click a single photo or video.
To download them quickly, click
.
Photos and videos are downloaded in the most compatible format for the device you are currently using.
To choose another download option, click
, click More Download Options, then click
next to any of the following:
Unmodified Originals: Photos and videos are downloaded in the same file format that was originally captured or imported and do not include any edits.
Highest Resolution: Photos and videos are downloaded at the highest quality available for your device (HEIC or H.265 if available).
Most Compatible: When possible, photos are JPEG and videos are MP4/H.264 to be compatible with various devices.
