Reset a verification phone number in Apple School Manager
The Administrator, Manager, Staff and Instructor roles all require a six-digit verification code along with their Managed Apple ID account password. This verification code, which is sent to a phone number associated with the account, enhances the security of Apple School Manager.
Note: New verification codes are required every 30 days.
If the account owner changes phone numbers, you can reset the account to ask for a new phone number. Accounts that have identical privileges or lesser privileges can be reset only by you.
