Download a presentation in Keynote for iCloud
You can download a presentation from Keynote for iCloud to your computer in Keynote, PDF, or Microsoft PowerPoint format. This is useful when you need to open a presentation with another application or send it to people who use different software.
Do one of the following:
With the presentation open: Click
in the toolbar, choose Download a Copy, then select a format. Or, if you’re working with a shared presentation set to View Only, click
in the toolbar.
In the document manager: Select the presentation, click
that appears, then choose Download a Copy.
The presentation is downloaded to the location set in your browser’s settings. For example, to see or change the download location for Safari on a Mac, choose Safari > Settings, click General, then go to the “File download location” pop-up menu.
