Change App Limits preferences in Screen Time on Mac
Use the App Limits pane of Screen Time preferences to set time limits for apps and websites.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time , then click App Limits in the sidebar.

App Limits | View the app limits status, turn app limits on or off, and view the list of current app limits. To set up app limits, click the Turn On button. If you turn off app limits, any limits you set up are saved, but they aren’t applied until you turn app limits back on. | ||||||||||
Add button | Create new time limits for apps, categories, or websites. Click the Add button , then do any of the following in the “Create a new app limit” window:

Remove button | Remove one or more selected limits from the list. | ||||||||||
Edit Limit | Change the amount of time allowed for a limit, and change the apps and categories that the limit applies to.
