If you need a new version of an app
If you recently installed a new version of macOS, you may need to install a new version of one or more apps that you downloaded from App Store on Mac.
See which version of an app you have
On your Mac, open a Finder window.
Click the Applications folder.
Select the app, then choose File > Get Info or press Command-I.
Get the latest version of an app
Open the App Store
on your Mac.Search for the app.
