To manage your headphones, earphones, or speakers, first connect your supported Beats to the Beats app. Once your Beats are added to the app, the device is displayed onscreen whenever it’s powered on and in range of your Android device.
The recommended system requirement is Android 14 or later. The Beats app is not optimized for Android tablets.
Note: To use the Beats app, make sure Bluetooth® is turned on in Android Settings > Connections.
On your Android device, tap Play Store (or go to the Google Play website), then search for the Beats app.
Tap Install and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you previously installed the Beats Pill+ app on your phone, you must remove it before installing the Beats app.
Note: Not all features are available in all countries or regions. If you don’t have access to the Google Play Store, see the Beats Support article about downloading the Beats app.
If necessary, tap Agree to give the Beats app access to your device.
After you connect your Beats, the device screen appears.
Do one of the following:
In the Connect screen, tap “Go to Bluetooth” to open Bluetooth settings, then select your Beats in the “Available devices” list. If you don’t see your Beats, put them in discovery mode, the check the list again.
Tap Help Connect to display the Select Your Beats screen, tap your Beats, then follow the onscreen instructions to add your device.
Go to the Beats app , tap , tap Add New Beats, tap your Beats in the Select Your Beats screen, then follow the onscreen instructions connect your device.
