Use email aliases
Email aliases are like nicknames for your real email address; they mask your real address and help keep it private. When you send messages using an alias, your recipients see the alias instead of your real email address. For example, Kevin Angel could send messages from the alias webmaster@example.org, instead of kevin_angel12@icloud.com.

Select an account, then click Account Information.

In a new message, move the pointer over the From field, click the pop-up menu that appears, then choose an email alias.
