Change Screen Time Options preferences on Mac
Use the Options pane of Screen Time preferences to choose options and to turn Screen Time on or off.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time, then select Options in the sidebar.
The available options vary depending on the type of user account, whether you’re signed in with your Apple ID, and whether you’re setting up Screen Time for a child in a Family Sharing group.

Share across devices | Select this option if you want Screen Time reports to include time spent on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID. You need to select this option on each device you want to include in the Screen Time reports. This option is available when you’re signed in with your Apple ID. | ||||||||||
Include Website Data | Select this option to include website data in Screen Time reports. This option is available when a child in a Family Sharing group is selected in the Screen Time sidebar. | ||||||||||
Use Screen Time Passcode | Select this option to secure Screen Time settings, and to allow for more time when limits expire. You can’t use this option for a person who has an administrator account on the Mac. | ||||||||||
