Understanding syncing symbols in Keynote for iCloud
Occasionally, syncing symbols appear in a presentation’s thumbnail in the document manager.
Go to Keynote for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In the document manager, if you see next to a presentation thumbnail, an upload to iCloud is in progress. If you see , the upload failed.
If you can’t open a presentation in the document manager, and either symbol appears in the presentation’s thumbnail, make sure the device used to create the presentation is connected to the internet and set up with iCloud.
Note: You may notice some differences between working in a presentation in Keynote for Mac, iPhone, or iPad, and Keynote for iCloud. See Features in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote on iCloud.com.
