View your store credit balance

Use your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or iTunes on a Mac or PC to check how much store credit is available on your Apple ID.

You can add funds to your Apple ID using the payment method that you have on file or App Store & iTunes Gift Cards.

After you add funds, you can use the store credit (Apple ID balance) to make iTunes & App Store or iCloud Storage purchases, as long as you're signed in to each store with the same Apple ID. The credit is used for each purchase you make in a store until it's gone.

You can view your credit balance in your Apple ID account information.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID. Learn how to create an Apple ID if you don't have one.
  3. If you have a credit balance, you'll see it above "Add Funds to Apple ID."

On your Mac or PC

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. At the top of the iTunes window, click Store.
  4. If you have a credit balance, you'll see it below the search field.
