Change Screen Time App Limits preferences on Mac
Use the App Limits pane of Screen Time preferences to set time limits for apps and websites.
To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time, then select App Limits in the sidebar.

App Limits | Turn app limits on or off:

Add button | Click the Add button to create a new time limit for apps, categories, or websites.
Set the time limit:

Remove button | Select one or more limits in the list, then click the Remove button to remove them. | ||||||||||
Edit Limit | Change the amount of time allowed for a limit, and change the apps and categories that the limit applies to. Select a limit in the list, click Edit Limit, change the time limit, then click Edit Apps to change the apps and categories the limit applies to. |
