You can set whether or not the Apple TV app requires your Apple Account password to complete a purchase.

Go to the Apple TV app
on your smart TV, streaming device, or gaming console.Open the sidebar, then select Settings.
Go to Accounts > Password Settings > Require Password, then select Always, After 15 Minutes, or Never.
