View Notifications in Screen Time preferences on Mac
Use the Notifications pane of Screen Time preferences to view statistics about how often you receive notifications from apps.
To view notifications statistics on your Mac, choose Apple menu 
, then click Notifications in the sidebar. If you’re using Family Sharing, choose a family member from the pop-up menu in the sidebar.

Date | Use the Today button, the left and right arrow buttons and the Date pop-up menu to choose a day or week you want to display statistics for.
