Control access to your reminders on Mac
Some apps and websites can use your reminders to provide you with services and features. For example, an app might set up a reminder.
You can decide which apps are allowed to use your reminder information.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy , then click Privacy.
Select Reminders.
Select the tick box next to an app to allow it to access information from your reminders.
Unselect the tick box to turn off access for that app.
If you turn off access for an app, you’re asked to turn it on again the next time that app tries to use your information.
If you allow third-party apps or websites to use your reminders information, any information they collect is governed by their terms and privacy policies. It’s recommended that you learn about the privacy practices of those parties.
If you’re a systems administrator and want information about deploying security settings, see Apple Platform Deployment.
