Use Call Context in the Phone app
With Call Context, you can view relevant information when you call certain businesses. This can include tickets, orders and confirmation numbers.
Update your device to the latest software.
Check your Apple Intelligence & Siri settings for the Phone app. In Settings, tap Apps, then Phone, then Apple Intelligence & Siri. Under Suggestions, make sure Show When Calling is on.
Go to the Phone app and make a phone call to a business. For example, you might call an airline to ask about your flight. Call Context uses the phone number you dial to identify the business, then searches Mail, Messages, Wallet and Calendar for related information.
During the live phone call, refer to the Call Context card details that might appear on your screen. For example, you might see your flight reservation details on screen, as you speak with an airline agent. You can also tap the card to view the information in the related app.

If you want to turn this feature off, go back to your Apple Intelligence & Siri settings for the Phone app and turn off Show When Calling.
If the business puts you on hold during the call and you're using Hold Assist, you might also see an estimated wait time while you're on hold. The real-time transcription is processed entirely on device, discards when the call connects and is not stored by Apple.
Call Context is available in iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, and also in macOS 27 Golden Gate. This feature requires an Apple Intelligence-enabled device set to a supported language. Learn more about Apple Intelligence availability.
