Prepare your Apple Vision Pro Enclosure for packing and sending.

Prepare your Apple Vision Pro

  1. Back up your Apple Vision Pro.

  2. Remove your Apple Vision Pro from your Apple device list.

  3. Remove Activation Lock and erase your data.

Pack your Apple Vision Pro Enclosure

  1. Turn the power cable anticlockwise to remove it from the Audio Strap.

  2. Remove the head band from your Apple Vision Pro and place it in a safe location. If you include extra items in the box, we won't be able to return them to you.

  3. Pull the Light Seal and Light Seal Cushion straight off the Enclosure, then place them in a safe location.

  4. If you have ZEISS Optical Inserts, remove them and place them in a safe location.

  5. Open the box and set the removable moulded inserts, tape and postage label aside for now.

  6. Pick up the protective film from the bottom of the box and remove the backing.

  7. Apply the protective film to the cover glass of your Enclosure.

  8. Place the Enclosure cover glass-side down into the tray.

  9. Place the secondary moulded tray on top of the Enclosure.

  10. Fold the sides of the box upwards. The moulded trays on each side will hold the Audio Straps upright.

  11. Place the battery into the moulded tray and wrap the power cable around the tray.

  12. Place the battery connector inside one of the holes in the battery tray.

  13. Place the battery tray on top of the inner cartons.

  14. Slide the top flaps into the box and fold down the lid.

  15. Remove the backing from the adhesive strip on the other lid, and fold it down.

  16. Seal the box with the included pieces of tape, apply the postage label and send the box to Apple.* If there is a battery sticker pasted on the outside of the box, please make sure the battery sticker is not obstructed.

Send your Apple Vision Pro Enclosure to Apple from Australia

You will receive a kit that contains everything you need to return your product to Apple. Return your product to Apple using the postage box that you receive from Apple.

  1. Package your product. Don’t include your head band, Light Seal, Light Seal Cushion, ZEISS Optical Inserts or other accessories in your package. If you include extra items, we will be unable to return them to you.

  2. Print the shipping label that Apple provided when you requested the service.

  3. Take your shipping label and packaged product to Australia Post. To find your nearest Australia Post Office, visit: auspost.com.au/locate/.

  4. Australia Post will provide you with a receipt to confirm the lodgement of your return.

  5. Check that Apple has received your product after a few days.
