Register your third-party partner or agency in Apple Business
Anyone can deliver data about places using Apple Business. Even if you don’t own or manage an organization yourself, your organization may deliver location and place card information, photos, or actions on behalf of an organization (for example, an ad agency). In Apple Business, these are called third-party partners.
For third-party partners, the following information is required:
Legal name of the organization
Country or region
Address
Phone number
Website
Two verification methods
After you’re verified, an organization may want you to manage their brands and locations in Apple Business. Before you can begin, you need to share your third-party partner Organization ID with them. See Share your third-party partner Organization ID.

Your organization’s information is in review and may take up to five business days. You’ll receive an email when the review is complete.
Note: During the review process, Apple may reach out to verify your submitted information. Make sure that any filters allow mail from all apple.com domains and return any missed phone calls quickly so the review process can proceed smoothly.

Go to Settings > Integrations > Shared Access to see every organization that has shared access with you, including their brands, features, and current access status. Use the search bar or filters to find a specific organization, brand, feature, or invitation status:

Accept a pending invitation
When an organization shares access with you, a new invitation appears with the status Pending. You can review exactly what’s being shared before you accept the invitation. Invitations expire after 30 days, so if you don’t accept within that period, contact the organization so they can resend the invitation.
You can also access the invitation from the invitation email when you select Sign In from email. This takes you to the Shared Access page, with a filter applied to show the same brands and features listed in the invitation email.
