Import media on your Windows device into the Apple TV app
If you have video files on your device, you can import them into the Apple TV app so they appear in your media library.
In the Apple TV app
on your Windows device, select the Sidebar Actions button 
at the top of the sidebar, then choose Import.Locate a file or folder, then select Open.
If you add a folder, all the files it contains are added to your library.
