
Delete user accounts in Apple Business Manager
You can delete manually created user accounts; however, active accounts must first be deactivated.
To view which accounts can be deleted, see User account status.
Delete a single account
In Apple Business Manager
, sign in with an account that has the role of Administrator or People Manager.
Click Accounts in the sidebar, then search for an account in the Search field. See How to search.
Select the user from the list.
Click Delete Account.
Make sure you want to delete the account. This action can’t be undone.
Click Delete.
Click Close or wait for the process to finish, then click Done.
Delete multiple accounts
In Apple Business Manager
, sign in with an account that has the role of Administrator or People Manager.
Click Accounts in the sidebar, then search for accounts in the Search field. See How to search.
Select the users from the list.
Click Change in the Account Status
row.
Choose Delete from the pop-up menu, then click Continue.
Click Delete.
Click Close or wait for the process to finish, then click Done.
