Open PDFs to the previously opened page
You can set Preview to open PDFs to the page you were on when you closed the PDF.
Choose Preview > Preferences, then click PDF.
Select “Start on the last viewed page.”
To always open PDFs to the first page, deselect “Start on the last viewed page.”
