You can share your ideas to GarageBand on your device, and to iTunes on a Mac. You can also share ideas via email, and send them to SoundCloud.
View sharing options. Tap an idea, then tap the Share button .
Share via email. Tap Mail. Add Artist, Composer, and Album information, then tap Email. An email message appears, with the idea as an attachment. Tap the To, Cc/Bcc, and Subject fields to edit the recipients and title of the email. To choose recipients from your Contacts, tap the Add Recipient button . To edit the message text, tap the body of the email. When the email is ready, tap Send.
Share to Messages. Tap Message. Tap the name of the recipient, or start typing the name until the recipient appears in the list, then tap the name. You can also add message text. When you’re ready, tap the Send button .
Share via iTunes on a Mac. Tap iTunes. Tap one of the available options to share your idea as a mixdown, an audio file, or a GarageBand project. The next time you sync your device to iTunes, the idea is available in the Documents list in the File Sharing area when Music Memos is selected.
Send to GarageBand on your device. Tap GarageBand. GarageBand opens on your device, with the idea added to the My Songs browser. If GarageBand is not installed on your device, download it from the App Store.
Send to iCloud Drive. Tap Save to Files. Tap one of the available options to share your idea as a mixdown, an audio file, or a GarageBand project. Tap iCloud Drive, then tap a destination to save the exported idea.
Send to SoundCloud. Tap SoundCloud. If you're not logged in to SoundCloud, log in. Type a title for the idea. Tap the Visibility, Permissions, and Quality settings you want the idea to have, then tap Share. The idea is uploaded to SoundCloud as an audio file with the selected quality setting.
Send to YouTube via iMovie. Tap Copy to iMovie to add your idea to a new iMovie project, then share the resulting movie to YouTube. If iMovie is not installed on your device, download it from the App Store.
