Email a spreadsheet in Numbers for iCloud
If you have an iCloud email address (ending in @icloud.com, @mac.com, or @me.com), you can email your spreadsheet from within Numbers for iCloud. You can specify its format as Numbers, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, CSV, or PDF.
If you want to restrict access to your spreadsheet, you can protect it with a password.
Do one of the following:
With the spreadsheet open: Click the Tools button in the toolbar, then choose Send a Copy.
In the spreadsheet manager: Select the spreadsheet, click the More button , then choose Send a Copy.
Note: If you upload a Numbers ’09 or earlier, Microsoft Excel, or CSV spreadsheet to Numbers for iCloud, you need to open it in Numbers for iCloud before you can email it.
Select a format for the spreadsheet.
Click Email, type one or more email addresses, then click Send.
