Change Accessibility VoiceOver preferences on Mac
On your Mac, use the VoiceOver pane of Accessibility System Preferences to turn VoiceOver on or off, open VoiceOver Utility, or start the VoiceOver tutorial.
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Accessibility, then click VoiceOver.

Open VoiceOver Utility | Customize VoiceOver settings. |
You can also turn VoiceOver on or off using the Accessibility Options shortcut panel. To use the panel, press Option-Command-F5 (or if your Mac has Touch ID, quickly press Touch ID three times).
