Editing settings in Pixelmator Pro on Mac
In Pixelmator Pro on Mac, use the controls in the Editing pane to specify how the app opens files, and saves changes to them.
Option | Description |
|---|---|
Open Images In | Use this pop-up menu to specify whether to open files in the Pixelmator Pro format, or in their original format. |
Preserve Edits | Select options to preserve edits as sidecar files. |
Save Sidecar Files In | Use the pop-up menu to define where sidecar files are saved. |
Sidecar Disk Usage | Click Manage Files to reveal or delete sidecar files. |
Auto Save and Versions | Choose whether to turn on Auto Save and MacOS Versions. See Restore an earlier document version in Pixelmator Pro. |
