Support for AppleCare+ for Business
AppleCare+ for Business support benefits begin as soon as the plan with AppleCare is assigned to a user or a device. Prioritized AppleCare support is available 24/7 for users with the role of Organization Administrator and users with a plan that includes AppleCare.
The support PIN (personal identification number) identifies and confirms eligibility of coverage to the call center teams and allows for the appropriate routing. Each organization has its own personalized PIN.
View the support PIN in Apple Business
When you call AppleCare, you’re prompted to enter your Apple Business PIN.
In Apple Business, sign in with a user whose role has permissions to create, edit, and delete AppleCare repair requests.
To view roles and permissions, see Intro to roles and permissions.
In your browser, choose Devices > Service & Support.
