How to cancel Apple Business Essentials
You can cancel your Apple Business Essentials subscription at any time. When you cancel, the following occurs:
- Users are signed out and all devices unenrolled. 
- Apps and settings you added using Business Essentials are removed from devices. 
- iCloud storage reverts to 5 GB per user. See Unassign a user or user group from an employee plan. 
- Lost Mode is turned off and you won’t be able to use it to locate missing devices. 
- Any charges already incurred at time of cancellation are pro-rated and included on your final bill. 
To cancel Apple Business Essentials
- In Apple Business Essentials, sign in with a user who has the role of Administrator. 
- Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, select Preferences  , then select Payments & Billing , then select Payments & Billing . .
- Select Subscriptions, select the Cancel Apple Business Essentials button, then carefully read the warning. 
- Do one of the following: - If you’re unsure or haven’t notified all users that content on their devices will change, select Not Now. 
- If you still want to cancel your subscription, select “I understand that this cannot be undone,” then select Cancel Subscription.
