What’s new in Final Cut Pro for iPad
Final Cut Pro for iPad 2 introduces new features and enhancements, detailed below.
Live Multicam
With Live Multicam, wirelessly connect to devices running Final Cut Camera to record up to four camera angles at once. You can monitor and change settings for each camera angle from within Final Cut Pro for iPad, and when you stop recording, multicam clips appear in the browser automatically. Final Cut Camera app
Record professional video on your iPhone and iPad with the new Final Cut Camera app. Final Cut Camera serves as a remote camera for the Live Multicam feature in Final Cut Pro for iPad as well as a standalone video camera app. See Intro to Final Cut Camera.
External projects
Easily create and edit projects stored on a connected external storage device. See Intro to projects and Create and work with projects. Requires iPadOS 17.5 or later.
