Sign in to your Apple Account in the App Store

Sign in to your Apple Account in the App Store on your Mac to find, purchase, update, and download apps, or to manage your subscriptions.

If you don’t already have an Apple Account, you can create one on the Apple Account webpage.

  1. Go to the App Store app on your Mac.

  2. Click Sign In at the bottom-left corner of the App Store window.

  3. Click your name in the bottom-left corner, then click Account Settings at the top of the window (sign in again if necessary).
