これまでは iPhone や iPod touch で Windows Live、Hotmail または MSN のメールを使用する為に、POP3 または IMAP 用に、メールサービスを Plus または Premium アカウントにアップブレードする必要がありました。

今後は iPhone や iPod touch から POP3 で Windows Live、Hotmail または MSN メールアカウントへアクセスする為に Windows Live Hotmail Plus や MSN Premium に登録する必要がなくなりました。POP3 で Hotmail、Windows Live および MSN へのアクセスが、世界中どこからでも可能になりました。詳しくは、Microsoft の Web サイト を参照してください。
