Change iCloud Storage preferences in Family Sharing on Mac
On your Mac, use iCloud Storage preferences in Family Sharing to upgrade your iCloud storage and share it with family members.
To change these preferences, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Family Sharing , then select iCloud Storage in the sidebar.

Upgrade | Click Upgrade to see your current iCloud storage plan and the other available plans. This option is available if you don’t have an iCloud storage plan that you can share with your family group. | ||||||||||
Change | Click the Change button to see your current iCloud storage plan and the other available plans. This option is available if you already have an iCloud storage plan that you can share with your family group. | ||||||||||
Share | Click the Share button to share your upgraded iCloud storage plan with your family group. | ||||||||||
Turn Off | Click Turn Off to stop sharing your upgraded iCloud storage plan with your family group. If you stop sharing iCloud storage, family members are given a grace period to continue using the shared storage after which they need to purchase a storage plan of their own. |
