To unsubscribe from shared albums, see Subscribe to albums shared by other iCloud users in Photos on Mac in the Photos User Guide.
On a Windows computer
Go to your shared albums.
In the iCloud for Windows app (version 10): Choose Start menu > iCloud Shared Albums.
In the iCloud for Windows app (version 7): Open File Explorer (Windows 8 or later) or Windows Explorer (Windows 7), select iCloud Photos, then double-click Shared.
Right-click the shared album you want to remove, then choose “Delete shared album” (if you’re the owner) or Unsubscribe (if you’re a subscriber) from the menu that appears.
