
Delete user accounts in Apple Business Manager
You can delete manually created user accounts; however, active accounts must first be deactivated.
To view which accounts can be deleted, see User account status in Apple Business Manager.
Delete a single account
In Apple Business Manager
, click Accounts in the sidebar.
Search for an account in the Search Accounts field, then select the account you want to delete.
Click Delete Account.
Make sure you want to delete the account. This action can’t be undone.
Click Delete.
Click Close or wait for the process to finish, then click Done.
Delete multiple accounts
In Apple School Manager
, click Accounts in the sidebar.
Search for accounts in the Search Accounts field, then select the accounts you want to delete.
Click Change in the Account Status
row.
Choose Delete from the pop-up menu, then click Continue.
Click Delete.
Click Close or wait for the process to finish, then click Done.
