Use Airplane Mode on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple Vision Pro
With Airplane Mode, you can turn off mobile data and Wi-Fi on your device during a flight.
Turn on Airplane Mode
On your iPhone, iPad or Apple Vision Pro, open Control Centre and tap the . This will turn off all radios except for Bluetooth. Turning off Airplane Mode can also help to save battery, lower roaming charges while travelling and force a signal refresh.
On your Apple Watch, press the side button to open Control Centre, then tap the . In watchOS 9 and earlier, swipe up from the watch face to open Control Centre.
If the airline allows it, you can still use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in Airplane Mode. If you turn off Bluetooth while you’re in Airplane Mode, your device will turn off Bluetooth the next time you turn on AirPlane Mode.

Tap General, then tap Airplane Mode.
