Have your Mac read your email aloud
You can have your Mac read emails aloud.
Hear header information only: Select a message in the message list, then choose Edit > Speech > Start Speaking. The From, Date, To, Cc, and Subject fields are read.
Hear the body of a message: Click anywhere in the message, then choose Edit > Speech > Start Speaking.
Hear part of a message: Select the text you want to hear, then choose Edit > Speech > Start Speaking.
Stop the speaking: Choose Edit > Speech > Stop Speaking.
