Change Preference Restrictions settings in Screen Time on Mac
Use Preference Restrictions settings to lock Screen Time settings.
To change these settings on your Mac, choose Apple menu in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the Family Member pop-up menu and choose a family member (if you’re a parent/guardian in a Family Sharing group), click Content & Privacy, then click Preference Restrictions.
