Set the language and region on iPod touch
You set the language and region of your iPod touch during setup. If you travel or move, you can change the language or region.
Go to Settings
> General > Language & Region.Set the following:
The language for iPod touch
The region
The calendar format
The temperature unit (Celsius or Fahrenheit)
To add another language and keyboard to your iPod touch, tap Add Language, then select a language.
